1. General
These booking terms apply to Wasa Trafikskola's services, including driving lessons, intensive courses, risk training and other training services offered by the driving school.
You are given access to the applicable terms before a binding booking or purchase is made.
2. Booking and confirmation
Bookings can be made by phone, email, in person or through online booking when available.
A booking is confirmed by Wasa Trafikskola, for example by email or text message.
For online purchases, it is clearly stated when you enter into a binding agreement and undertake to pay.
3. Cancellation and rebooking
The following cancellation deadlines apply:
- Driving lessons: 24 hours before the booked time.
- Risk training part 1: 48 hours before the course starts.
- Risk training part 2 (skid pan): 72 hours before the course starts.
Late cancellation or no-show may result in a fee according to our cancellation policy and applicable consumer law.
4. Payment and prices
All prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) including applicable VAT.
Payment is made through the payment methods offered at the time of purchase.
Driving lesson packages are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase when this validity period has been agreed at the time of purchase.
Price changes apply to future purchases and do not affect agreements already entered into.
5. Right of withdrawal
For distance contracts, the main rule is a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (lag 2005:59). The withdrawal period begins the day after the agreement is entered into.
If you expressly request that the service begins during the withdrawal period, you may need to pay a reasonable part of the price for the part already performed if you withdraw. The right of withdrawal may cease once the service has been fully performed.
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us by email or phone. You may use the Swedish Consumer Agency's standard withdrawal form.
