Cancellation Policy

You can cancel or rebook by phone or email:

Statutory withdrawal rights and your rights in the event of, for example, illness may affect which fees may be charged.

• More than 24 hours before: administrative fee of SEK 100.
• Less than 24 hours before: the full lesson fee may be charged according to the applicable terms.
• Illness at short notice: 25% of the lesson price against a medical certificate or other relevant documentation.

• More than 48 hours before: administrative fee of SEK 100.
• Less than 48 hours before: the full course fee may be charged according to the applicable terms.
• Illness at short notice: 25% of the course price against a medical certificate or other relevant documentation.

• More than 72 hours before: administrative fee of SEK 100.
• Less than 72 hours but more than 24 hours before: 50% of the course price.
• Less than 24 hours before: the full course fee may be charged according to the applicable terms.
• Illness at short notice: 25% of the course price against a medical certificate or other relevant documentation.

When you rebook training that has already been paid for, your previous payment is carried over to the new booking. Any valid and reasonable rebooking fees may apply.

The fees above apply according to the terms you accepted when booking. You may have statutory rights, for example in the event of illness or withdrawal, that take precedence over these terms.
